Our July Chamber Breakfast was held last Tuesday 3rd July 2018, and in line with NAIDOC celebrations was themed ‘Bridging the Gap: Providing Opportunities for Meaningful Indigenous Employment.’
Key note presentations were delivered by Lori Parish, from Youth Express who spoke about their KauKan Program and Steven Fordham, CEO at Blackrock industries who shared his insights and experiences that has resulted in a workforce that is 75% Indigenous.
An extra big thank you to Hunter Prestige Catering for providing breakfast and PCYC Muswellbrook who graciously hosted the event. Net proceeds for the morning will be donated to the PCYC.
